Children with Dyspraxia are less likely than their peers to achieve 5 or more GCSE’s at Grade A-C (New grading 5-9).
This can impact a young person’s access to further education or employment.
A survey carried out by the Dyspraxia Foundation suggests early identification of Dyspraxia with access to support helped with educational outcomes.
Dyspraxia is one of the most common developmental differences in children affecting approximately 1 child in every class of 30 but despite this high incidence, teachers receive little training.
